Refund Policy
Skincare products refunds.
If you’re not completely happy with your new beauty routine, then you can request a refund. Just get in touch within 30 days of your purchase and let us know what the problem is.
If we can’t resolve the issue, we’ll happily refund the full amount of your purchase once we have received the products back from you.
Reasons why you might ask for a refund or an exchange?
When you first commence on a new skincare range, it can feel like it’s not right for you or you’re not getting the results. Firstly, I know how frustrating that can feel, and my goal is to help you get results and make sure you feel supported in how you’re feeling, I also know sometimes results can take time.
Remember it’s a commitment, and some skin conditions take longer than others to resolve, which is why it’s essential to get back in touch or book a 15 minute follow up consult if you think you need more guidance.
I’m happy to refund your products; however, I know a commitment on your part you will achieve results. If it’s possible, I’d just like you to hang in there. You will see a change in your skin.
You’ve changed your mind?
You’ve just had a change of heart? Sure, that can happen. No problems. Shoot us an email, and we’ll provide you with details on where to send back your products.
Important note: If you’ve just changed your mind, then the products you’re returning must be unopened and in a saleable condition to qualify for a change-of-heart refund and you will be required to pay for the return postage.
Do you think you might be having an allergic reaction?
While it’s rare, it can happen. However, we can usually trace most reactions to Environ back to an overuse of retinoids (vitamin A).
If you’re sure it’s an allergic reaction, here’s what to do next.
1. Stop using the products immediately.
2. Take photos of the area where the allergy has occurred.
3. Get in touch here: hello@thebeautyissue.com as soon as possible and let us know what you’re experiencing as well as your images of the problem.
4. Once we receive your email, we’ll respond promptly to let you know what to do next.
Once we’ve established the issue, we’ll happily exchange the product in question. Like all our refunds, you must notify us within 30 days of your initial purchase.
Vert Important: In the case of a suspected allergic reaction? Allergic reactions usually visibly show themselves within 48 hours and we will only accept products with no more than 20% of the product consumed.
Is the packaging faulty?
If this happens, naturally, we’ll exchange the product. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can send you a reply paid satchel for your faulty product return. Once received, we’ll send you a new product via express post.
Important: Please DO NOT dispose of any faulty packaging as we need to send it back to our supplier.
Home Device Refunds.
For reasons of hygiene any home device that have been opened cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty. In the case of a faulty device, once the device has been returned to us we will issue a new device.
If you’ve had a change of heart within 14 days of your purchase a full refund will be issued once the product has been returned unopened and deemed to be in saleable condition.
Omnilux devices – warranty.
This product is covered under a manufactures warranty if your product fails after the initial 30 day return period.
Under normal use, Omnilux devices are warranted for 2 years. The battery/controller is warranted for one year.
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. If the product should become faulty within the warranty period, please contact GlobalMed Technologies where your warranty is registered.
- GlobalMed Technologies, Co. or its authorised distributor reserves the right to repair a defective product.
- GlobalMed Technologies, Co. or its authorised distributor reserves the right to replace a defective product with the most compatible product currently available.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by the following:
– Accident, misuse, abuse or alteration
– Servicing by unauthorised persons
– Connection to incorrect power sources
– Use with unauthorised accessories
GlobalMed Technologies, Co. or its authorised distributors shall not be responsible for any incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product. All implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness and merchantability are limited in duration to one year from the date of original purchase.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from country to country. Some countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so some of the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, written or oral, whether expressed by affirmation, promise, description, drawing, model or sample. Any and all warranties other than this one, whether expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed.
